If you do not like the item that you have purchased, you have 5 days to return the item from the date you received it and it's subject to the Returns Policy below:
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Due to hygiene purposes, earrings items are not eligible for returns.
5. The shipping cost of the return products will be borned by the customer and provide the tracking to the merchant.

For Return items:
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For Broken items:
Upon receiving an item that is broken, kindly inform us immediately with 2 days upon receiving of your item. Please provide a photo proof of the broken item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
