2. Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

3. Shipping cost quoted above is based on an estimated parcel of up to 1kg. Shipping cost may vary for increased parcel weight.

4. The delivery time frame is just an estimation and may take longer, especially during the holiday season or in the outskirt area. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance process or other unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to receive the parcel within the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

KoaraJewels process your order and ship out within 1-2 working days for ready made products, 3-5 working days for custom made products. Your order will be shipped out from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.


ORDER TRACKING INFO

You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your junk email folder if you did not receive an email from us. You can also log in to your account and view your order progress.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as payment is made . During this process we incur irreversible fees. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

a. You can cancel your order anytime BEFORE the payment is made. 

b. While we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, (For example mis-selecting a wrong design/color of item ), AFTER the payment is made. You'll need to contact us for order amendments. (subjected to availability of the item & shipments). No refund will be given for shortchanged items after amendments. For higher priced item changes, you will need to top-up the amount.

c. All of the confirmed orders you made more than 24 hours will be canceled automatically if NO PAYMENT is made successfully. To avoid cancellation, you'll need to contact us to on hold the order or make the relevant payment within 24 hours.
